What is your favorite project you have worked on at JCM?
I have enjoyed every project I have worked on but my favorite would have to be The Peninsula on Indian River Bay.
Why?
This project truly showed what the team approach could accomplish; the whole team met regularly and even walked the site several times during the design process. This resulted in a much better project and much faster approvals. The developer was also willing to go the extra mile in providing additional environmentally sensitive elements to the design which made for a greener project and happier regulators. Working with Jack Nicklaus was also an experience!
